Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of building automation controls sales experience.
• 7+ years of sales management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary contact with large/strategic prospects and manage relationships to win projects.
• Direct and advise on target accounts; pursue major bid opportunities and write proposals.
• Lead negotiations and secure new business while coordinating with product development and delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain personal pipeline and customer relationships for long-term growth.
• Coordinate internal approvals for bids and ensure alignment with strategy.
