Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discover and map customer goals to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
• Earn the technical win through compelling demos and presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
• Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value.
• Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.
• Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
• Travel domestically up to 20%.
