Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician III to support DISA-provided GIG and DISN services at Scott AFB, IL. You will monitor events, analyze faults, and coordinate restorations across the global network, ensuring 24/7 operation and adherence to SLAs.

Primary responsibilities include ticketing in Remedy, fault isolation, and cross-provider coordination. A DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline cert and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation and respond to incidents.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance or performance management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets utilizing Remedy.
• Monitor network events 24x7 across multiple monitoring tools.
• Proactively analyze alarms and identify root causes for resolution.
• Coordinate fault corrections with service providers and internal teams.
• Provide 24/7 sustainment support and status updates to leadership.
