Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician III in Scott AFB, IL, to monitor and manage DISN services for DoD customers. You will handle tickets, perform fault analysis, and coordinate restorations with multiple teams in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities include incident correlation, fault isolation, and providing 24/7 sustainment support while maintaining situational awareness for leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets utilizing Remedy.
• Monitor network events and element management faults 24/7.
• Conduct incident correlation and fault analysis to identify root causes and coordinate remediation.
• Notify essential contacts and coordinate with other service providers for incident resolution.
• Support customers with global situational awareness and 24/7 sustainment of outages.
• Restore networks and services to full operation and document reroutes in CMDB.
• Provide timely updates to leadership and customers during outages.
