Job summary

Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician II at Scott AFB, IL to support DISA-provided GIG services in the 24x7 DGOC, operating in a fast-paced government environment.

US citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, with 1–3 years of related experience in alarm surveillance, fault management, and network maintenance.

You will use ServiceNow/ITSM for incident tickets, monitor events, and coordinate timely restoration of services to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with network monitoring and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and monitor incident tickets using ServiceNow/ITSM.
• Monitor network events and diagnose faults 24/7/365.
• Coordinate with service providers to restore service.
• Restore networks to full operation with SLA compliance.
• Maintain DISN knowledge and coordination with O&M leadership.
