Job summary

Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician III for the DISA DGOC support at Scott AFB, IL. You will monitor and troubleshoot the DISN/IP networks, ensuring 24/7 availability and adherence to SLAs.

You will create and manage Remedy tickets, analyze alarms, identify fault conditions, and coordinate with service providers to restore services promptly while keeping leadership informed with continuous situational awareness.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation and monitor multiple tools.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance or performance management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets using Remedy.
• Monitor network events and element failures 24/7 across tools.
• Perform incident correlation and fault analysis to determine root cause.
• Identify faulty elements and coordinate correction with providers.
• Restore services and verify resolution for all tickets.
• Provide 24/7 sustainment support and situational awareness to leadership.
