Job summary

Imagineeer LLC is seeking a NOC Tier 3 Technician to act as the highest level of escalation in a 7x24 environment. You will lead incident response, diagnose complex network issues, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating across security and systems teams.

The role requires advanced troubleshooting, architectural knowledge, and leadership in a dynamic enterprise setting. Expect on-call duties, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing improvements to processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Networking or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in network operations or engineering.
• 5+ years in 7x24x365 NOC or mission-critical environment.
• Senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Experience with large enterprise networks and multiple vendors.
• CCNP/CCNP Security or equivalent certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, and protocols.
• Proficient in packet analysis using Wireshark/tcpdump.
• Strong leadership and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for complex Tier 1/2 incidents.
• Lead troubleshooting of critical outages and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive measures.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 technicians during incidents.
• Design and implement network optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
• Lead Major Incident Management calls with stakeholders.
