Job summary

SES Corporation seeks an experienced NOC Operations Lead to coordinate scheduling, guide a wireless NOC team, and serve as primary POC for stakeholders. You will ensure continuous coverage, develop SOPs, and drive incident response and performance reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in Tier 1 support, a technical bachelor's degree, and ITIL v3/CCNA familiarity. You will interface with engineers, vendors, and customers to maintain network stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Tier 1 support operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with customers and teams.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (LTE/5G/Wi-Fi).
• Experience leading NOC teams and managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NOC technicians and engineers.
• Ensure 24/7 operation and staffing of wireless NOC.
• Develop SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Oversee real-time monitoring and incident response.
• Coordinate with field and network engineers and vendors.
• Prepare regular performance, capacity, and incident reports.
• Maintain logs of incidents and network changes.
• Drive improvements to reduce recurring incidents.
• Collaborate on network upgrades, maintenance, and migrations.
