Job summary

Imagineeer, LLC is seeking a NOC Tier 3 Technician to act as the highest level of technical escalation in a 7x24x365 environment. You will lead incident response, perform advanced troubleshooting, and guide junior technicians while coordinating with engineering, security, and systems teams.

The role requires expert knowledge of networks, security, and performance optimization; responsible for incident management and changes with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 7+ years in network operations/engineering/systems administration
• 5+ years in 24/7 mission-critical NOC environments
• Senior escalation experience for complex issues
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks
• CCNP/CCNP Security or equivalent certifications
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network services
• Experience with network monitoring platforms and security tooling
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for Tier 1/2 incidents
• Lead troubleshooting of critical outages and performance issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive measures
• Mentor junior NOC technicians during incidents
• Design and implement network optimization and automation solutions
• Coordinate major incident management calls with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain NOC procedures and runbooks
• Provide reports on network performance and incidents
