Otis Elevator is hiring a New Equipment Sales Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to lead elevator and escalator sales for new installations across Arizona. You will estimate, bid, negotiate, and close major projects while building strong relationships with contractors, architects, and owners.

The role requires 5+ years in the elevator industry with 3+ years in NE sales, along with strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills. Travel locally and work from the Phoenix office.

Formación

• 5+ years in elevator industry required, with 3+ years in NE sales.
• Established relationships or proven ability to develop a customer network.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate, bid, negotiate, and close elevator and escalator projects.
• Manage major new equipment sales opportunities in Arizona.
• Deliver sales presentations to general contractors, architects, and owners.
• Build relationships via market introductions, events, and networking.
• Oversee contracts, layouts, approvals, and equipment ordering.
• Coordinate with project managers and field leadership for delivery.
• Provide project management support for newly sold work.
