Otis Elevator Company’s Phoenix branch is seeking an experienced New Equipment Sales Specialist to lead elevator and escalator sales for new installations across Arizona. This senior role focuses on managing major projects, strengthening customer relationships, and driving growth in a high-volume market.

You will estimate, bid, negotiate, present to contractors and owners, and coordinate with project teams. Onboarding requires time at the Phoenix office with local travel as needed.

What you will need to be successful:

• 5+ years in the elevator industry is required, with at least 3+ years of experience within NE Sales
• Experience estimating, bidding, negotiating, and closing major new installation projects.
• Established industry relationships or demonstrated success developing a customer network.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Phoenix office most of the time, especially during onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a high school diploma with relevant industry and sales experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales or project-management systems.
