Job summary

Otis is seeking a New Equipment Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in the Las Vegas, NV market. You will identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and provide technical solutions that meet project needs.

Manage the sales process from bid to contract award and build strong customer partnerships. You will coordinate proposals, negotiate terms, and gain knowledge of elevator product lines to advise clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of elevator industry experience.
• Experience selling technical products or solutions with customer consultation.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new elevator and escalator equipment sales opportunities, including bids and projects.
• Prepare proposals, bid responses, and customer presentations; negotiate agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate project requirements and recommend best solutions for customer needs.
• Sell new equipment contracts at required price and margin levels; close deals.
