You will oversee contract activities from award to completion and coordinate with consultants, owners, and regulators to ensure timely installation and SIP compliance.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience managing field-level teams and projects.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in Excel and MS Project.
• Knowledge of EH&S policies and procedures.
• Elevator industry experience or construction leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of New Equipment project managers to drive efficiency, cost control and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to SIP procedures and timely deliverables with general managers.
• Oversee contract activities from award through installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with consultants, owners, architects, and regulators for design and scheduling.
• Monitor project metrics and develop action plans; manage billing and change orders.
