Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a New Equipment Project Manager to oversee coordination of multiple installation projects. You will ensure schedule fidelity, budget control, and compliance with safety standards and customer expectations on new equipment installations.

You will collaborate with sales, field operations, owners, contractors and regulators to drive project success and provide regular progress updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related elevator project management and/or construction experience desired.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget, and meeting all safety standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to financial close and handover.
• Communicate project progress to branch, regional and Sr. leadership.
• Work with sales and field operations to ensure installation aligns with contract documents.
