Otis Elevator Company in Lombard, IL is seeking a New Equipment Project Manager to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, safety and regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

You will work with sales and field operations, provide updates to leadership, and manage communication with contractors and authorities. A 3+ year elevator project background is expected; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years related elevator project management and/or construction experience.
• Experience in elevator/escalator industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project activities from award to handover and financial close.
• Ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular updates to branch, regional and Sr. leadership.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, and authorities regarding design and scheduling.
• Read and review drawings and interpret contract modifications for cost impact.
• Manage billing, payments, and change orders to optimize cash flow.
