Bread Financial is seeking a Senior - New Business Enablement to partner with sales, prospects, and client teams to craft and implement go-to-market marketing strategies for credit, loyalty, and payments solutions. The role aligns internal and external stakeholders to maximize the company's competitive edge through marketing partnerships, analytics, and customer insights.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-8 years experience in marketing and payments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Finance preferred.

Mansioni

• Supports the selling of new marketing strategies for assigned prospective clients and current clients in consideration of partnership renewal.
• Collaborate with leader and cross functional partners to identify and present the customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Champions the selling of the company's customer experience, CRM, and value proposition design. Identifies and communicates new prospect marketing needs based on market and competitive landscape.
• Participates in prospect/client presentations as marketing SME with creation and delivery of both standardized and customized pitch materials.
