• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, with 10–13 years experience in account management, sales, finance, product management, project management, marketing, or credit card portfolio management.

Responsabilidades

• Nurture relationships to drive business growth and retention; may present to c-suite.
• Collaborate with matrix teams (Credit Management, Field, Portfolio Analytics, Marketing) to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate across digital, capabilities, tech, operations, and fraud to align client strategies with goals.
• Identify strategic needs of portfolio and secure plans from MCOE for acquisition and annual/quarterly use; present strategies to brand partners.
