Bread Financial is seeking a Senior - New Business Enablement to partner with sales, prospects, and client teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for credit, loyalty, and payment solutions. The role aligns internal and external stakeholders to leverage partnerships in marketing, analytics, and payments.

The position focuses on presenting marketing strategies, supporting new business launches, and driving renewals with Brand and loyalty initiatives.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-8 years experience in marketing and payments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Finance preferred.
• 7+ years experience in marketing and loyalty strategy development.

Responsabilidades

• Supports selling of new marketing strategies with understanding of core and exploratory verticals.
• Collaborates to identify and present the customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Champions the selling of the company’s customer experience, CRM, and value proposition design.
• Participates in prospect/client presentations as marketing SME with creation and delivery of pitch materials.
