Bread Financial is seeking a Lead - Client Marketing Strategist to develop and implement client-facing marketing and loyalty strategies across assigned portfolios, driving incremental and profitable results aligned to financial targets. This role blends data-driven insights with existing strategies and client partner expertise to shape a holistic marketing calendar for cardmembers and partners.

You will manage internal and client-facing materials, forecast volumes, and collaborate across teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8-10 years experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Segmentation, Credit/Payments, Managing Test and Control, Analyzing Marketing Campaign Data, or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements client-facing marketing and loyalty strategies that drive incremental and profitable results to achieve financial targets.
• Supports annual volume forecasts for assigned portfolios and tracks against budget, advising on changes to strategy to achieve annual budget.
• Manages strategic partnerships internally and externally to influence marketing strategy and execution, with roadblocks elevated to Sr. Manager.
• Works with broader MCOE to identify and conceptualizes new growth opportunities for assigned portfolios by leveraging data insights, competitive research, and industry best practices.
• Responsible for the development and management internal/client-facing materials such as annual marketing plans, marketing calendars, campaign performance and budget forecasts.
