Bread Financial is seeking a senior marketing leader to manage best-in-class programs across B2B and sales finance, driving acquisition, brand awareness and growth. You will shape B2B2C strategies, oversee execution, and deliver performance reporting for partnerships and channels.

This role requires leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Sales, Brand, and Creator teams to optimize ABM and campaign ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 10–13 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Segmentation, Credit/Payments, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Execute internal and external marketing campaigns to support growth, coordinating with Sales and Account Managers.
• Analyze complex business challenges and present findings to stakeholders; use benchmarks and test-and-learn approaches.
• Develop marketing plans and optimize program performance to meet KPIs and goals; enhance ABM and vertical programs.
• Ensure compliance with bank standards for omni-channel marketing materials and escalate issues as needed.
• Support sales and account teams with target accounts, personas, and ABM strategies.
• Measure campaign performance and deliver dashboards; align with Brand and Editorial calendars.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Marketing staff and leaders.
