Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a senior leader to develop strategies for credit card offerings, grow portfolios, and nurture brand partner relationships. You will align acquisitions with P&L goals and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio health.

You will leverage analytics to guide strategy, manage value propositions, and ensure resources drive growth while removing internal roadblocks to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 10-13 years experience in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, credit card portfolio management

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationship to drive business growth and retention. May present to c-suite. Advocates for our brand partners while meeting business objectives.
• Sets objectives, negotiates outcomes, and collaborates with matrix teams across Credit Management, Field, Portfolio Analytics, Marketing to achieve objectives.
• Initiates or partners with peers to resolve complex problems, navigating ambiguity and high-stress situations with strategic goals.
• Identify strategic needs of portfolio and request plan from MCOE for Acquisition; ensure plan aligns with P&L and long-term goals.
• Assess suite of capabilities and identify those that drive portfolio objectives; builds a case for brand partner benefits.
• Leads complex analytics development to predict future performance and guides strategic decisions using cross-department data.
