UCB is seeking an Account Executive - Neuromuscular for the Orange County territory in the United States. The AE will lead efforts with physicians, clinics, and patient communities, delivering high-impact customer experiences while teaching and applying brand messaging, digital tools, and value-based selling.

With a focus on Rare Disease, the AE will navigate Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB programs, building strategic plans, and sustaining strong payer and advocacy partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 8+ years of field-based specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience with Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models.
• Verifiable record of sustained high sales performance.
• Experience with successful product launches.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of time.

• Consistently exceed territory sales objectives while maintaining ethics and integrity.
• Advocate for Rare Disease patients and serve as the authority on tools and resources UCB offers.
• Create and execute strategic business plans reflecting local market conditions.
• Master disease states including patient journeys and treatment drivers.
• Expand knowledge of treating physicians, payers, and care continuum stakeholders.
• Maintain payer relationships to ensure coverage and reimbursement information is current.
