Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals and overcome barriers to growth.
• Build trust with new and existing customers, KOLs, and industry leaders.
• Generate additional sales revenue in the region through targeted initiatives.
• Exercise latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments.
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers.
• Monitor product information and competitive activity.
• Ensure timely follow-up of leads, investigations of complaints, and filing reports.
• Foster strong relationships with regional teams and area leadership.
• Develop sales strategies for capital equipment within accounts.
• Coordinate implanting schedules of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Interact with patients up to 50% of the time.
• Manage consigned inventory in the territory.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports; handle administrative duties.
• Attend trade shows and discuss new product developments.
• Comply with FDA regulations and company policies.
