Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area.
• Capable and willing to work an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to grow the territory and expand market penetration.
• Forecast revenue and perform territory planning with leadership alignment.
• Engage with accounts, KOLs, and physicians to drive adoption of Abbott therapies.
• Provide in-procedure clinical support and case coverage as needed.
• Coordinate schedules with Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to ensure case support.
