Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Networking Systems Engineer to manage pre- and post-sales technical support, presenting HPE network solutions to customers and partners. The role involves collaborating with Territory Managers to qualify opportunities, drive engagements, and deliver tailored campus and distributed branch network solutions.

The position requires extensive networking knowledge, experience in solution selling, and the ability to travel within the West North Carolina

Qualifications

• 5+ years infrastructure engineering with strong pre-sales experience.
• Extensive Aruba Networking or Juniper Mist networking knowledge.
• Experience with routing and switching technologies.
• Networking security experience
• Experience with NAC (ClearPass, ISE, Cloud NAC, Juniper Access Assurance)
• Wireless design and site surveys experience
• CWNA, CWDP, CWSP knowledge preferred
• Aruba Campus Access Professional certification preferred
• JNCIS Mist AI wired/wireless certifications preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage account and partner responsibilities for assigned territory.
• Provide hardware, software, and services solutions for complex needs.
• Contribute to bid, proposal, and presentation development.
• Deliver technical and sales support with product demonstrations.
• Present to customers, partners, and prospects.
• Manage channel partners and demand-generation events.
• Develop relationships and maintain sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Provide consultative support to stakeholders.
• Lead design and implementation specifications for solutions.
• Create proofs of concept based on customer requirements.
