Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the United States (Eastern PA) is seeking a Senior Networking Systems Engineer focused on pre-sales and solution design. You will work remotely from home while supporting visits to customer sites in Western Pennsylvania as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in networking, systems engineering, consulting, or technical pre-sales.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking: wired, wireless, routing, switching, security, NMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support across the sales cycle from discovery to deal closure.
• Partner with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and advance customer engagements.
• Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and PoC activities.
• Design and recommend networking solutions addressing customer business/technical needs.
• Act as SME for campus, branch, wireless, switching, security, and management technologies.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders including IT leadership and execs.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain expertise on HPE Aruba Networking technologies and market trends.
• Develop and support a healthy opportunity pipeline and revenue growth.
