Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior SE focused on networking to be the technical face for customers within the Eastern PA territory. This role is remote with travel up to five days per week to customer sites and close collaboration with Territory Managers.

You will stay current with HPEN products, guide customers through deployments, and support sales with technical expertise and warranty of best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical IT experience with a focus on consulting and solution selling.
• 8+ years of networking experience.
• Degree in IT/CS/Data Science/Cybersecurity/Engineering or equivalent.
• Industry certifications (Aruba, Juniper, Cisco) are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be SME on all HPE Networking solutions and articulate to customers both verbally and in writing.
• Understand customer use of HPE Networking and position solutions accordingly.
• Stay aligned with the TM and coordinate division of labor.
• Present HPE Networking solutions to educate customers and prospects.
• Manage TAC for critical cases and escalate when needed.
