Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Networking Systems Engineer to support enterprise customers in Southern Massachusetts. This remote role requires travel to customer sites about three days per week and collaboration with Territory Managers to design and present networking solutions.

You will lead end-to-end PoCs, develop architectures and technical proposals, and articulate the business value of HPE Networking to executives and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure or pre-sales experience supporting enterprise networking.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to design and present technical solutions that address complex challenges.
• Experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders during the sales cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba/NW platforms and routing/switching, wireless, and security.
• Industry certifications such as CWNA/CWDP/CWSP, Aruba, Juniper, or Cisco preferred.
• Experience creating technical proposals and leading customer PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior pre-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers in your territory.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to qualify opportunities and develop account strategies.
• Design and present end-to-end networking solutions addressing business and technical needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and PoCs to customers.
• Develop architectures, proposals, and implementation recommendations.
• Position HPE Networking against competitors by articulating value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support channel partners and demand-generation activities to expand deals.
• Stay updated on emerging networking tech and market trends.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and assist complex sales engagements to closure.
