Qualifications

• 7+ years in LAN/WAN or Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• 5+ years in network security products.
• 2+ years in Fortinet products.
• Experience as a Professional Services Consultant/Engineer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operation and support.
• Develop MOPs for migrations, upgrades and updates.
• Develop test plans and test new features/releases.
• Verify configurations and implement best practices.
• Perform interoperability evaluation of devices interacting with Fortinet products.
• Train and transfer knowledge to client staff.
• Develop and maintain core competency on Fortinet product line and technologies.
• Resolve or escalate issues promptly.
