Fortinet is seeking Professional Services Engineers to join our team in the United States. The dedicated Professional Services consultant is assigned to the end user for the duration of this agreement and will work with the client to define the specific daily activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in LAN/WAN and Internet consulting, support or administration.
• 5+ years experience with network security products.
• 2+ years experience with Fortinet products.
• Experience as Professional Services Consultant/Engineer is a plus.
• Solid understanding of security and networking principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operation and support.
• Develop MOPs for migrations, upgrades and updates.
• Develop test plans and test new features and/or releases.
• Verify configurations and implement best practices.
• Perform interoperability evaluation of devices that interact with Fortinet products.
• Training and knowledge transfer to client staff.
• Develop and maintain core competency on Fortinet technologies.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
