Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to work with end users, define daily activities, and deliver expert Fortinet product operations and security consulting. The role focuses on hands-on deployment, testing, and knowledge transfer within client environments.

You will develop procedures, test plans, and ensure configurations meet best practices while collaborating with teams. Travel to client sites is required, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, security technologies and Fortinet products.

Responsibilities

• Assist client staff with Fortinet product operation and support.
• Develop MOPs for migrations, upgrades and updates.
• Develop test plans and verify configurations, perform interoperability evaluations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff.
• Contribute to security and networking best practices with Fortinet technologies.
