Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to work in virtual, multinational teams with limited supervision.
Credible technical interaction with service provider engineering teams.
Willingness to travel ~20-30% of time.

Responsibilities

Drive technical consulting across routing, automation and cross-segment technologies with account teams and customers.
Build and maintain relationships with account management and engineering functions.
Support customers with requirements, solution design, PoC tests, and RFP responses.
Be a trusted advisor on product portfolio, automation solutions, and industry trends for customers and sales teams.
Represent the company at internal/external conferences and technology days.
Translate customer business needs into technical solutions for executive-level decisions.
