Qualifications

• 8+ years of networking experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• Hands-on skills with proof-of-concept tests and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including at executive levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills for virtual, multinational teams and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel ~40–50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical consulting for opportunities, advising accounts and customers across routing, automation, and cross-segment technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with account teams and Product/Engineering functions.
• Support customers with requirements, solution design, and technical deep-dives, and assist with RFP responses.
• Become a trusted advisor on product portfolio, automation, and industry trends.
• Link proposed technical solutions to customers’ business needs, including executive engagement.
