Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or 8+ years in network planning, telecommunications, or infrastructure strategy.
• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of network capacity planning, forecasting, and capital prioritization.
• Executive-level communication skills to present options, risks, and business impact.

Responsibilities
