Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior .NET Technical Lead (AWS) to modernize legacy applications into cloud-native services on AWS. You will lead design, development, and delivery of .NET services, mentor offshore teams, and drive best practices across CI/CD and testing.

Formación

• 12+ years of software development experience including 5+ years with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying microservices or distributed applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience migrating business logic from stored procedures into application services.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth 2.0, and JWT-based security models.
• Experience with EF Core, Dapper, asynchronous programming, and application performance optimization.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including ECS/Fargate, RDS for SQL Server, and messaging/event-driven technologies such as SQS, SNS, or EventBridge.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and API/contract testing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams, including offshore resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs, supporting migration of legacy apps to cloud-native architecture.
• Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, and coding standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery of features.
• Mentor offshore development teams and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Modernize legacy data architectures by extracting business logic from SQL Server stored procedures into scalable C# services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases with secure, reliable deployments.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and security.
