You will lead design, development, and delivery of .NET services, mentor offshore teams, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years working with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying microservices or independently deployable distributed applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience migrating business logic from stored procedures into application services.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth 2.0, and JWT-based security models.
• Experience with EF Core, Dapper, asynchronous programming, and application performance optimization.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including ECS/Fargate, RDS for SQL Server, and messaging/event-driven technologies such as SQS, SNS, or EventBridge.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and API/contract testing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams, including offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs for cloud-native migration.
• Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor offshore teams, remove blockers, and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Modernize legacy data architectures by moving logic from SQL Server stored procedures to C# services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases for secure deployments and compliance.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve productivity while ensuring code quality and security.
