You will lead design, development, and delivery of .NET solutions, mentor offshore teams, and ensure secure, automated deployments with quality testing.

The role emphasizes REST APIs, microservices, and integration with AWS services, with a remote work option for qualified US applicants.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Proven track record designing and deploying microservices or distributed apps.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL development skills.
• Experience migrating logic from stored procedures to application services.
• Solid REST design, OpenAPI specs, OAuth 2.0 and JWT security.
• Experience with EF Core, Dapper, async programming, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, RDS for SQL Server, SQS/SNS/EventBridge).
• Leadership and mentoring of development teams, including offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs for cloud migration.
• Drive engineering excellence through planning, reviews, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor offshore teams, remove blockers, provide progress updates to leadership.
• Modernize legacy data architectures by moving logic to scalable C# services with tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and secure production releases with compliance.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity while ensuring code quality and security.
