Qualifications

• 12+ years software development experience.
• 5+ years with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience designing, building, deploying microservices or distributed apps.
• Strong C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs for cloud migration on AWS.
• Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor offshore teams and remove delivery blockers, providing progress updates.
• Modernize legacy data architectures by moving logic from SQL Server stored procedures to scalable C# services with automated tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases, ensuring secure, reliable deployments.
• Utilize AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity while ensuring code quality and security.
