You will lead design, development, and delivery of .NET services, mentor offshore teams, and ensure secure, scalable deployments while coordinating with stakeholders and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with modern .NET technologies.
• 5+ years building modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying microservices.
• Strong C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL skills.
• Experience migrating business logic from stored procedures to services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs for cloud migration.
• Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor offshore development teams and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Modernize legacy data architectures by extracting business logic to scalable C# services with automated tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and secure, reliable production releases.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools while upholding code quality and security.
