Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior .NET Technical Lead to modernize legacy applications into cloud-native services on AWS. You will lead a team across architecture, product, and offshore resources to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive design, testing, and deployment of .NET APIs, ensuring security, performance, and reliability while guiding teams through modern software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with 5+ years on .NET/ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience designing and deploying microservices and cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Strong C#, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development skills.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and offshore-team coordination experience.
• Solid RESTful API design, OpenAPI specs, OAuth 2.0, and JWT security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs.
• Drive engineering excellence with planning, code reviews, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor offshore teams and remove blockers with progress updates.
• Migrate legacy logic to scalable C# services with automated tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and secure, compliant production releases.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while ensuring code quality and security.
