Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, drive improvements, and mentor analysts. The role focuses on governance, evidence quality, and regulatory reporting across IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

You will coordinate audits, manage evidence standards, perform risk assessments, and translate CIP requirements into practical processes with leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of compliance activities.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audits and self-certification.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure on-time deliverables across teams.
