Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, ensure evidence quality, and report on regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role combines policy development, audits, and mentoring of analysts, with cross-functional collaboration to strengthen cyber and physical security controls. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in CIP compliance, strong knowledge of CIP standards, and proven ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with NERC CIP compliance and related initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; prior audit experience.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CIP compliance program and drive improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and evidence-based reviews.
• Design evidence gathering strategies and ensure audit readiness.
• Provide training and counsel to teams on CIP obligations.
