Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing NERC CIP program across the enterprise, ensuring robust compliance monitoring, documentation, and audit readiness. You will own risk assessments, evidence collection, and regulatory reporting with limited oversight.

You will mentor analysts, align CIP controls with IT and OT teams, and drive improvements across policy development, training, and continuous monitoring to strengthen SOLV Energy’s cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance, including ownership of compliance activities.
• Ability to work independently, end-to-end ownership of initiatives, and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001, or similar security/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead audits, self-certifications, and evidence collection with quality reviews.
• Develop and implement monitoring, metrics, and regulatory reporting for CIP compliance.
