Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, oversee audits, and drive compliance across the organization. The role emphasizes policy development, evidence management, and cross‑functional coordination with IT, cyber, and operations teams.

You will mentor junior staff, manage remediation activities, and report program performance to leadership. Legal work authorization to operate in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and related governance activities.
• Strong ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001 or similar standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage compliance task calendar and ensure timely deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and spot checks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design evidence gathering strategies and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Provide leadership updates on program performance and emerging CIP risks.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new CIP team members.
