Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, drive policy development, and mentor analysts.

You will manage compliance monitoring, evidence standards, and audit readiness while coordinating with IT, Cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators, physical security, and other teams to ensure CIP adherence. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, information security, or cybersecurity.
Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of activities.
Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audits/self-certifications.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive improvements.
Lead development, maintenance, and execution of policies, procedures, and controls aligned with CIP.
Coordinate internal and external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks; establish evidence standards.
Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation across stakeholder teams; drive closure.
Design and execute evidence-gathering strategies aligned with CIP standards prior to submissions.
