SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to own the NERC CIP program, guiding audits, evidence management, and regulatory reporting with a high degree of autonomy under the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance. The role includes mentoring analysts and driving remediation efforts across stakeholder teams.

The successful candidate will lead policy development, maintain evidence standards, and collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and Operations to ensure CIP readiness and scalable

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of compliance activities.
• Strong knowledge of CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audit and self-certification.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance calendar and hold owners accountable for deliverables.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Establish evidence standards and perform quality reviews of evidence.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to closure.
