SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, manage audits and evidence, and mentor analysts.

The role focuses on policy development, control implementation, and regulatory reporting to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture across CIP standards. Applicants should have 7+ years in CIP compliance, strong collaboration across IT, cybersecurity, and operators, and a track record of independent initiative with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with NERC CIP compliance; demonstrated ownership of compliance activities.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audits/self-certifications.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead audits, self-certifications, and evidence collection; ensure audit readiness.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members to CIP processes.
