PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth in Navy modeling, simulation, and training markets across the U.S.

The role focuses on shaping opportunities, building relationships with Navy and DoD stakeholders, and guiding capture efforts to meet mission requirements. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in defense BD, deep Navy acquisition knowledge, and proven success in LVC/C2/ISR domains.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required; Marketing/Business/Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of BD, capture support, account management, or growth strategy in defense market.
• Proven Navy/DoD support experience and understanding of acquisition pathways.
• At least 5 years of US Defense BD or sales results in LVC/C2/ISR domains.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required; ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

• Strengthen capture positioning on strategic Navy pursuits.

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships across Navy and DoD communities.
• Develop channel distribution strategies and transition to program execution.
• Support BD team with ROMs, quotes, and proposals; maintain Salesforce data accuracy.
