Job summary

PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Navy modeling, simulation, and training programs in the U.S. Navy market. You will identify opportunities, shape pursuits, and maintain relationships with acquisition and training communities to meet mission needs.

The role requires deep Navy knowledge, proven defense BD results, and the ability to build internal and external partnerships while leading sales efforts from development to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, capture support, account management, or growth strategy in defense.

Responsibilities

• Grow qualified pipeline in Navy modeling, simulation, and training markets.
• Strengthen customer relationships with Navy stakeholders and offices.
• Shape opportunities early and align capabilities with requirements.
• Expand brand presence as a trusted training and simulation provider.
• Drive development of defense sales strategies and channel partnerships.
• Lead bid development, ROOs, quotes, and proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support market campaigns.
