CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager for Workplace Experience to lead hospitality-focused services across a national portfolio of 26 offices, with a hybrid in-office/remote work model in major US cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Richardson/Dallas.

As a CBRE Workplace Experience, Senior Manager you will lead the delivery ofhospitality-focused workplace experience services for one of our premierclients in the financial services sector. This hybrid position can be based inRichardson/Dallas, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, with a combination ofin‑office and remote work.
In this role, you will oversee workplace experienceoperations across 26 client office locations throughout the United States,ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for employees, visitors, andstakeholders. You will manage employeesand third-party service providers supporting functions such as Concierge,Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative office services.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clientstakeholders, serving as a strategic partner and aligning workplace serviceswith business objectives.
Lead employee relations and workplace engagementinitiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and service‑oriented cultureacross a geographically dispersed workforce.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifyingopportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and theoverall workplace experience.
Lead contingency, business continuity, and successionplanning efforts to ensure operational readiness and organizational resilience.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, budgets,and cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
Apply broad business and operational expertise to solvecomplex challenges, influence strategic decisions, and improve existingprocesses and standards.
Identify and resolve operational and service‑related issueswhile understanding their broader impact across the client portfolio andorganization.
Oversee training initiatives and technology adoption toensure Workplace Experience teams have the tools and resources needed tosucceed.
Lead, mentor, and develop Workplace Experience teammembers, including performance management, coaching, employee development,workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment activities.
Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules,assign priorities, cross‑train staff, and track departmental goals anddeadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies,and workplace best practices.
Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values andpromote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
Support a geographically dispersed portfolio and clientleadership team, with quarterly travel required.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degreepreferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will beconsidered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience,Hospitality, Employee Experience, Corporate Services, Office Operations, or arelated field, preferably supporting multiple locations.
Strong hospitality mindset with a proven track record ofdelivering exceptional service and enhancing the employee and visitorexperience.
Experience leading teams in a client‑facing environment,including employee relations, performance management, coaching, talentdevelopment, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships withclients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners while navigating sensitiveor complex situations.
Experience managing workplace operations, vendors, budgets,and service delivery across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, andprocess improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities anddrive operational excellence.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word,Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel quarterly to support client locations andbusiness needs.
Must be authorized to work inthe United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience, Senior Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience, Senior Manager position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
